These Terms of Service apply to use of the WV Quick Cleanup website, estimate requests, communication forms, phone/text/email contact, and customer-facing service information.

WV Quick Cleanup provides junk removal, cleanouts, hauling, light demolition support, construction debris removal, carpet removal, apartment cleanouts, estate cleanout support, and property cleanup services across Southern West Virginia.

Using this website or contacting WV Quick Cleanup does not automatically create a scheduled job, final estimate, or service agreement. Jobs are scheduled only after WV Quick Cleanup reviews the request, confirms the scope, provides or confirms pricing, and receives any required approval or deposit.

Estimates and Website Information

Website descriptions, service pages, photos, examples, and general price language are provided for informational purposes. Final pricing depends on the actual job scope, location, access, labor required, disposal requirements, material type, scheduling, travel, and site conditions.

Unless specifically stated in writing, estimates are based on visible and reasonably accessible items, debris, materials, or work areas reviewed before the job begins. Additional hidden, buried, hazardous, unusually heavy, newly added, inaccessible, or materially different items may require a revised estimate, added charge, or separate phase of work.

Customer Communication

Customers may contact WV Quick Cleanup by phone, text, email, website form, or other available communication channels. By contacting WV Quick Cleanup, you authorize us to respond by phone, text, email, or other reasonable follow-up method related to your request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address or general service location, access details, project details, photos when available, and any known hazards or restrictions.

Payments and Scheduling

Payment terms are stated on the estimate or invoice. Small local jobs may be payable upon completion. Larger jobs, travel jobs, multi-load cleanouts, estate projects, apartment turnover projects, contractor support jobs, commercial cleanouts, or multi-phase work may require a deposit before scheduling.

Unless approved in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope or completion of each agreed phase. WV Quick Cleanup may pause, reschedule, or decline additional work if deposits, progress payments, or final balances are not paid as agreed.

Changes, Added Work, and Site Conditions

If a customer requests additional work or if the site conditions change, WV Quick Cleanup may provide a revised price, added-load price, hourly rate, or separate phase estimate. Approval by text, email, signed estimate, invoice approval, or written change order may be used to confirm added work.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including driveway access, parking, gates, stairs, elevator access, tenant access, animal control, and disclosure of known hazards.

Items and Services Not Included Unless Agreed in Writing

Unless specifically stated in writing, WV Quick Cleanup does not provide hazardous waste removal, asbestos removal, lead paint removal, mold remediation, biohazard remediation, medical waste removal, chemical disposal, pest treatment, appraisal services, legal estate decisions, structural demolition, utility disconnection, electrical work, plumbing work, gas work, or unlimited hauling.

WV Quick Cleanup may decline or pause work involving unsafe, restricted, hazardous, unknown, or legally restricted materials.

Photos and Documentation

WV Quick Cleanup may take before, during, and after photos or videos for estimates, job documentation, completion proof, disposal records, training, insurance, quality control, and marketing. Sensitive customer information, private documents, addresses, personal items, and identifying details should be avoided or removed from public marketing use whenever practical.

Website Links and Third-Party Tools

The website may use third-party tools such as forms, analytics, CRM tools, payment links, maps, embedded content, or external links. WV Quick Cleanup is not responsible for the content, policies, or operation of third-party websites or services.

No Guarantee of Results

WV Quick Cleanup works to provide clear estimates, professional communication, responsible hauling, and practical cleanup results. Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, cleanup services are not remediation services and do not guarantee odor removal, pest removal, mold remediation, sanitizing, structural repair, legal compliance of a property, or complete restoration.
