Service Terms

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Service Terms explain how WV Quick Cleanup estimates, schedules, performs, documents, and completes cleanup-related services.

Services Covered

WV Quick Cleanup provides junk removal, hauling, apartment cleanouts, estate cleanout support, construction debris removal, carpet and flooring tear-out support, light non-structural demolition support, moving labor, loading/unloading, property cleanup, and related project support services.

Services are available for homeowners, landlords, property managers, estates, contractors, businesses, real estate professionals, and property owners across Southern West Virginia.

Estimate Basis

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of review, including customer-provided photos, videos, site visits, visible debris, access conditions, distance, disposal requirements, labor needs, material type, and requested service timing.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates cover only the visible and reasonably accessible items, debris, materials, or work areas reviewed before the job begins.

Additional debris, hidden debris, buried material, unusually heavy items, hazardous or restricted materials, newly added items, additional rooms, extra dump runs, difficult access, or changed site conditions may require a revised estimate, additional charge, or separate phase of work.

Initial Cleanup Standard

Many larger properties require cleanup in phases. An initial cleanup is intended to remove the obvious, visible, and reasonably accessible debris from the reviewed work areas, create visible progress, improve access, and identify whether additional phases are needed.

Initial cleanup does not automatically mean the entire property, all hidden material, all buried debris, or all future debris is included.

Our initial cleanup pricing is based on visible and reasonably accessible debris from the areas reviewed before work begins. If additional hidden, buried, hazardous, unusually heavy, inaccessible, or newly added material is discovered, we can review and quote the additional work before continuing.

Payments and Deposits

Payment terms are stated on the estimate or invoice. Small local jobs may be payable upon completion. Larger jobs, travel jobs, multi-load cleanouts, estate projects, apartment turnover projects, contractor support jobs, and commercial cleanouts may require a deposit before scheduling.

Unless approved in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope or completion of each agreed phase.

WV Quick Cleanup may pause, reschedule, or decline additional work if deposits, progress payments, or final balances are not paid as agreed.

Change Orders and Added Work

If the customer requests additional work or if the site conditions change, WV Quick Cleanup may provide a revised price, added-load price, hourly rate, or separate phase estimate.

Approval by text, email, signed estimate, invoice approval, or written change order may be used to confirm added work.

Access and Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes driveway access, parking, gate access, elevator access, stair access, tenant access, animal control, and disclosure of known hazards.

Extra charges may apply for long carry distances, steep terrain, mud, low wires, blocked access, excessive stairs, elevator delays, unsafe conditions, or changes that increase labor, risk, travel time, or disposal time.

Items We May Not Remove

WV Quick Cleanup may decline or pause work involving hazardous, restricted, unsafe, or unknown materials.

This may include asbestos, lead paint, mold-contaminated material, chemicals, fuel, oil, paint, pesticides, solvents, medical waste, sharps, human or animal waste, active sewage, weapons, ammunition, explosives, pressurized tanks, unknown liquids, unsafe structures, or any material that cannot be legally handled or disposed of through available facilities.

Disposal, Donation, and Recycling

WV Quick Cleanup uses available disposal, transfer, recycling, donation, and landfill options as appropriate for the job and material type.

Donation and recycling are attempted when practical, but cannot be guaranteed for every item. Disposal options depend on condition, facility rules, distance, weight, contamination, and scheduling.

Customer Authorization

For estate cleanouts, rental properties, foreclosures, commercial sites, storage units, tenant-left items, or third-party properties, the person ordering service must have authority to approve removal, disposal, payment, and access.

WV Quick Cleanup is not responsible for disputes between owners, tenants, heirs, family members, landlords, contractors, or other parties when service was ordered by a person representing that they had authority.

Photos and Documentation

WV Quick Cleanup may take before, during, and after photos or videos for job documentation, estimates, completion proof, disposal records, training, insurance, quality control, and marketing.

Sensitive customer information, private documents, addresses, personal items, and identifying details should be avoided or removed from public marketing use whenever practical.

Weather, Scheduling, and Safety

Scheduling may be affected by weather, road conditions, disposal facility hours, equipment availability, crew safety, site access, customer delays, or unsafe conditions.

WV Quick Cleanup may reschedule, pause, or modify work when conditions create unreasonable safety or operational risk.

Travel and Extended Service Area

WV Quick Cleanup regularly serves Southern West Virginia and may travel for larger projects.

Travel jobs, rural projects, multi-day cleanouts, estate properties, commercial work, and out-of-area projects may include mobilization, fuel, travel, lodging, disposal, or minimum project charges.

Smaller jobs outside the core service area may be scheduled only when route-stacked or when the project size supports travel.

Moving Support and Demolition Limitations

WV Quick Cleanup may provide moving labor, loading, unloading, furniture movement, hauling, pickup/delivery support, and non-structural interior removal when properly scoped.

Full-service regulated moving, interstate moving, structural demolition, utility disconnection, electrical, plumbing, gas, asbestos, lead, mold, or regulated remediation work may require separate licensing, insurance, or qualified trade partners.

No Guarantee of Complete Remediation

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, cleanup services are not remediation services.

Basic sweep, rake, or surface cleanup may be included when listed, but WV Quick Cleanup does not guarantee odor removal, pest removal, mold remediation, sanitizing, structural repair, legal compliance of the property, or complete restoration.
